Hello and welcome!
Before we jump into what to expect with mental health on the rise, allow me to better introduce myself.
My name is Jennifer March, I live in New Mexico, I’m married, and have two lovely cats (and a ton of house plants). I received my bachelor’s in psychology and my master’s of science in psychology. I’m a psychology nerd turned freelance writer!
Human behavior has always been fascinating to me. Now, I want to share what I’ve learned, and continue to learn with those who may be struggling.
There is so much questionable mental health information out there, and invalid psychological claims being shared. I’ve made it my mission to share accurate mental and behavioral health.
To be straight, “psychological tricks” or “psychology facts“ are typically bogus lies that are made from nothing.
But psychology is so much more than that—it’s every part of who we are as people.
